1. Why We Don't Accept Returns
At VGIFTZ, most of our products are personalized, customized, or made-to-order gifts. Because each item is uniquely prepared for the customer, it cannot be restocked or resold. This is why we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds.
2. No Exchange Policy
We do not offer exchanges on any products. Once your order is confirmed and processed, it cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or modified. Please double-check all details - including personalization text, size, color, and quantity - before placing your order.
3. Exceptions - Damaged or Defective Items
While we do not accept returns, we understand that situations may arise where an item arrives in a damaged or defective condition. In such cases, we will work with you to resolve the issue. The following conditions apply:
- You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
- You must provide clear photographs of the damaged or defective product along with the packaging.
- The damage must be due to a manufacturing defect or courier mishandling - not due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.
- Upon review, we may offer a replacement at our discretion. Refunds will not be issued.

4. Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed and payment has been confirmed. If you believe you've made an error, please contact us immediately at +91 8883664115. We will try our best to assist, but cancellation is not guaranteed as orders are processed quickly.
5. Wrong Item Delivered
In the rare event that you receive a wrong item (one that is different from what you ordered), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item received. We will arrange for the correct item to be dispatched to you.
